A new website design for Cassie Green Photography

We recently designed a website for California photographer, Cassie Green. Cassie specializes in photographing families. She has a passion for children and capturing them as they are.

Cassie’s writing on her website really speaks from the heart, and it’s really powerful. Keeping it in long form and getting people to read it was one of the challenges in designing this website. We needed to create a design that keeps the eye flowing through the text, and keeps the authentic natural feel.

Especially on the homepage, where the viewer is first deciding whether to stay or not, it was essential to break the content up into sections. We also included a good amount of call to action buttons, to direct potential clients to get in touch.

You’ll see that the design has consistent elements throughout the entire website, keeping images weaved within the text. We’ve included an Experience page with tons of details about Cassie’s process. Between this and the About page, people visiting should really have a feel not only for what Cassie’s work looks like, but truly what is like to work with her.
