Meet our Semi Custom Website Design.

 

We'll work together to understand your goals. Then we'll design a custom homepage for your website. For the interior pages, we'll start with a template, pulling it apart and putting it back together again to work with your content. We'll guide you through everything from gathering content to feedback to completing the website with personalized training.

STEP ONE

Let's talk

Choose a time for us to have a short discovery call. We'll talk about your ideas, learn about what you do, and answer all your questions. Within 24 hours after our call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal, with the ability to click through to book.

STEP TWO

pre-project planning

Once you’ve signed the agreement and paid a deposit, your spot on our calendar is reserved. You’ll receive our questionnaire that dives into what you offer, who your clients are and much more. Before your project start date, we’ll have a Strategy Session to review your content and create a plan for your new website.

STEP THREE

Website design

We'll work through our 4 phase design process: inspiration & concepts; website structure & homepage design; interior page design; seo, launch, & training. In between each phase, you’ll get a chance to provide feedback.

STEP FOUR

post-project

After your website design is complete, we're still here for you. We include 30 days of support via email for any last minute questions, or to request additional video tutorials. We’re also happy to jump on a wrap-up video call, if you’d like.

Semi Custom Web Design

With our Semi Custom process, we work through 4 phases of our project. We take time to hear your thoughts in between, and do revisions as needed. We're available to hop on a screenshare session, to make sure we get everything just right.

01Inspiration & Concepts

After we've had our Strategy Session, we'll review all your content, brand assessment, and our call notes. Next, we'll create a mockup of your custom homepage design.

02Website Structure & homepage

Once approved, we'll implement the custom website homepage, navigation, header and footer. We'll pause for your input and make tweaks needed so that you love the look.

03Interior Page Design
Website design for photographers

In phase 3, we'll create the interior pages that we decided upon in your Strategy Session, adding your content, and customizing the design of each section.

04SEO, Launch & Training

After a final review, it's time to launch! At this time we'll also take care of onsite SEO, and train you how to use your website. Training is personalized for your needs.

What is the cost?

 

Our rate for Semi Custom Website Design is one payment of *$2995 or three payments of $1025.

 

*Our rate will be increasing to $3500 for any projects booked after December 31. If you book a 2024 project prior, we'll honor 2023 pricing.

 

How can I prepare for our project?

 

You don't need to do anything before booking, and once you are on our calendar we'll guide you through our questionnaire and gathering content. We also include a Strategy Session, where review everything, and create a plan to design a strategic website for your business.

How long does the process take?

 

Our process takes 6 weeks. To keep the project moving, we request feedback from you within 3 days, and to have all the prep work and content submitted to us 1 week before your project start date.

 

 

When is your next opening?

 

Typically, our next opening is 4-6 weeks from our consult. This gives you time to work on pre-project planning before our kickoff. During the planning phase, we're still here to help you.
