STEP ONE

Let's talk

Choose a time for us to have a short discovery call. We'll talk about your ideas, learn about what you do, and answer all your questions. Within 24 hours after our call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal, with the ability to click through to book.

STEP TWO

pre-project planning

Once you’ve signed the agreement and paid a deposit, your spot on our calendar is reserved. You’ll receive our Discovery questionnaire that dives into what you offer, who your clients are and much more. Before your project start date, we’ll have a Strategy Session to review your content and create a plan for your new website.

STEP THREE

Website design

We'll work through our 4 phase design process: inspiration & concepts; website structure & homepage design; interior page design; SEO, launch, & training. In between each phase, you’ll get a chance to provide feedback, either via email or through screenshare Zoom sessions.

STEP FOUR

post-project

After your website design is complete, we're still here for you. We include 30 days of support via email for any last minute questions, or to request additional video tutorials. We’re also happy to jump on a wrap-up video call, if you’d like.

Our process

With our Custom Website Design process, we work through 4 phases of our project. We take time to hear your thoughts in between, and do revisions as needed. We're available to hop on a screenshare session, to make sure we get everything just right.

01Inspiration & Concepts

After we've had our Strategy Session, we'll review all your content, Discovery questionnaire(s), and our call notes. Next, we'll design an inspiration board with a color palette and a mockup of your homepage.

02Website Structure & homepage

Once approved, we'll implement the custom website homepage, navigation, header and footer. We'll pause for your input and make tweaks needed so that you love the look.

03Interior Page Design

In phase 3, we'll create the interior pages that we decided upon in your Strategy Session, adding your content, and testing the website on multiple devices.

04SEO, Launch & Training

After a final review, it's time to launch! At this time we'll also take care of onsite SEO, and train you how to use your website. Training is personalized for your needs.

What is the cost

 

Our clients typically spend $4500 - $6500 for a fully custom designed website, including our base package and selected add-ons. We do accept smaller projects too, so if you just need a website design refresh or add-on to your current website, book a call to talk.

 

How can I prepare for our project?

 

You don't need to do anything before booking. Once you are on our calendar we'll guide you through our Discovery questionnaire and content gathering process. You'll have time to work on this before our project kickoff, with our help.

How long does the process take?

 

We typically work together for 3-4 months including the pre-project Discovery process, with the website design portion taking 8 weeks. To keep the project moving, we request feedback from you within 3 days, and to have all content submitted by our kickoff date.

 

When is your next opening?

 

Our pre-project phase starts within a week of booking, where you'll go through our Discovery process. Depending on our schedule your kickoff date will 4-6 weeks after you get on our calendar. Book a call below. After we talk, you'll receive a detailed proposal with pricing and timelines.
