We collaborate with our clients from the start, through discovery to get to know you and understand your goals. Together we’ll decide what to include on your website and what template will work best.

The template we choose is only a starting point. We’ll personalize it for you, with colors, fonts and your content. We’ll guide you through everything from gathering images and written content, through the design and launch.

HOW IT WORKS…

We have a proven web design process for working with our clients, from getting to know you, to creating a website that brings you the clients you want.

lets talk

Choose a time for us to have a short discovery call. We’ll talk about your ideas, learn about what you do, and answer all your questions. Shortly after our call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal, with the ability to click through to book.

pre-project

Once you’ve accepted the proposal and paid a deposit, your start date is reserved. You’ll receive our questionnaire that dives into what you offer, who your clients are and much more. During Discovery, we’ll have a Strategy Session to review your content, create a strategic website plan, and choose your starting template.

website design

We’ll work through our 4 phase web design process: discovery & inspiration; website structure & homepage design; interior pages design; seo, launch, & training. In between each phase, you’ll get a chance to provide feedback.

After your website design is complete, we’re still here for you. We include 14 days of support via email for any last minute questions, or to request additional video tutorials.

LET’S TALK

personalized templates

With our personalized templates, we work through 4 phases of our project. We take time to hear your thoughts in between, and do revisions as needed. We’ll help you find the right template, decide what to include on your website, and customize the template we choose with your color palette, typography, images, and written content.

Then we’ll show you how to maintain and update your website, so you are empowered to make changes as you need going forward.

After our Strategy Session, we’ll review all your content, brand assessment, and our call notes. We’ll then design an inspiration board with a color palette and brand style.

We’ll design your customized homepage and create the navigation for a strategic website, pausing for your feedback and to make any needed adjustments, so that you love the look.

We’ll design & build the interior pages (ex: about, pricing, portfolio) that we decided upon in your Strategy Session, adding your content, and customizing the design of each template page for your business.

After a final review, it’s time to launch! At this time we’ll also take care of onsite SEO, and create training videos, personalized for your needs. We’re available for 2 weeks* post launch for support and questions via email.

QUESTIONS?

Our rate for Personalized Template design is $2950 for SquareSpace and $3450 for WordPress with ProPhoto Sites or Kadence. Our fee is broken into three payments, with the first being due reserve your spot.

You don’t need to do anything before booking. Once you are on our calendar we’ll guide you through our questionnaire and gathering content. At our Strategy Session, we review everything, and create a plan for your website.

We’ll work together during our Strategy Session to determine the pages you need. Typically clients choose: Home, About, Contact, Blog, Portfolio (up to 5 galleries), and an Information / Pricing page.

Of course! Some clients opt to add pages such as: Albums, Studio, Locations, or Testimonials. Additional pages will be custom quoted based on your project.

Our personalized template web design process takes 4 weeks. To keep the project moving, we ask for feedback within 2 days and all content must be submitted one week before your start date.

Typically, our next opening is 4-6 weeks from our consult. This gives you time to work on pre-project planning before our Strategy Session.
