Let’s Talk

Choose a time for us to have a short discovery call. We’ll talk about your ideas, learn about what you do, and answer all your questions. Within 24 hours after our call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal, with the ability to click through to book.

Step Two

Pre-Project Planning

Once you’ve signed the agreement and paid a deposit, your spot on our calendar is reserved. You’ll receive our Discovery questionnaire that dives into what you offer, who your clients are and more. Before your project start date, we’ll have a Strategy Session to create a plan for your new website.

Step Three

We’ll work through our 4 phase web design process. In between each phase, you’ll get a chance to provide feedback, either via email or through screenshare Zoom sessions. We’re here to listen to your ideas and offer guidance throughout.

post-project

After your website design is complete, we’re still here for you. We include 30 days of support via email for any last minute questions, or to request additional video tutorials. We’re also happy to jump on a wrap-up video call, if you’d like.

With our Custom Website Design process, we work through 4 phases of our project. We take time to hear your thoughts in between, and do revisions as needed. We’re available to hop on a screenshare session, to make sure we get everything just right.

After we’ve had our Strategy Session, we’ll review all your content, Discovery questionnaire(s), and our call notes. Next, we’ll design an inspiration board with a color palette and a mockup of your homepage.

Once approved, we’ll implement the custom website homepage, navigation, header and footer. We’ll pause for your input and make tweaks needed so that you love the look and feel.

In phase 3, we’ll create the interior pages that we decided upon in your Strategy Session, adding your content, and testing the website on multiple devices.

SEO, Launch & Training

After a final review, it’s time to launch! At this time we’ll also take care of onsite SEO, and train you how to use your website. Training is includes a video walk-through, optional meeting, and is personalized.

During this 1 hour video call, we create a strategic plan for your website including understanding your goals, what your clients want, and brand style.

Inspiration & color palette

You’ll receive an inspiration board showing the vibe of your website and an extended color palette that will keep your brand consistent across all your online platforms.

We fully custom design our websites creating a look and feel that will convert your viewers to inquiries. Our sites look good on all screen sizes, and SEO optimized.

Collaborative Discovery

Our pre-project planning includes a 5 part questionnaire that walks you through planning and content. During this time we’ll check in with you, and be there for guidance.

4 phase web design process

Our signature design process keeps communication open and ensures your thoughts are heard. Each phase, we’ll ask for your feedback, given via email or over a call.

Personalized website training

All of our clients receive personalized training so you know how to use your website. This includes videos, a project wrap-up call, and 30 days of post launch support.

Our clients typically spend $4500 – $6500* for a fully custom designed website, including our base package and selected add-ons. We accept smaller projects too, like updates or a refresh.

You don’t need to do anything before booking. Once you are on our calendar we’ll guide you through our Discovery questionnaire and content gathering process. You’ll have time to work on this before our project kickoff, with our help.

If you understand your business and your audience, that is a good sign that you are ready. Our discovery process helps you dive deeper into this as you share it with us. We also recommend that you set aside some time to do the project prep work and for feedback while we work together.

We typically work together for 3-4 months including the pre-project Discovery process, with the website design portion taking 8 weeks. To keep the project moving, we request feedback from you within 3 days, and to have all content submitted by our kickoff date.

Our pre-project phase starts within a week of booking, where you’ll go through our Discovery process. Depending on our schedule, your kickoff date will 4-8 weeks after you get on our calendar. Book a call below.

The first step is to schedule a time to talk. During this call, we’ll go over all the details, learn about you, answer any questions you have, and see if we’re a good fit.

Afterwards, you’ll receive a detailed proposal with pricing and timelines. A signed agreement and deposit reserve your spot.
