A few days before the wedding, Kayla says to me, “don’t wear heels”. I never do when I’m photographing a wedding so I didn’t think much of it.
Kayla and Skyler got engaged five months earlier at Keizer Rapids Park, just north of Salem. We walked the same path that Kayla did that day. It was a bit over an hour round trip down a rocky dirt trail, over a few hills, through some open fields, and to the water.
What a great way to start a wedding day!
